To ensure that the stone products you purchase can enjoy comprehensive after-sales service in case of special problems during proper use, we hereby provide the following instructions for you to carefully read and store properly.

一、产品保障承诺及产品功能

二、产品使用说明

Product Instructions

1. 本产品是PRONAWISI帕诺唯斯石材产品,无需在石材产品表面覆膜或做其它处理;

This product is a PRONAWISI stone product, which does not require coating or other treatment on the surface of the stone product;

2. 为避免石材产品局部过热而造成的开裂,请勿将热锅、热壶等高温器皿直接或长时间接触产品,建议使用隔热垫;

To avoid cracking caused by local overheating of stone products, do not directly or for a long time touch high-temperature vessels such as hot pots and kettles with the products. It is recommended to use insulation pads;

3. 避免石材产品的断裂,请勿直接使用利器或钝器等工具大力敲击产品;

To avoid breakage of stone products, do not directly use sharp or blunt tools to forcefully strike the products;

三、产品售后服务流程

1. 问题反馈

Problem Feedback

(1)发现产品出现问题,请及时联系PRONAWISI帕诺唯斯客服反馈信息;

If you have found any problems with the product, please contact PRONAWISI customer service promptly for feedback information;


(2)用户需按要求提供相对应产品编号、产品购买凭证及产品损坏部位照片(含细节图);

Users are required to provide the corresponding product number, purchase certificate, and photos of the damaged parts of the product (including detailed pictures) as requested

2. 上门检测

Home Inspection

客服确认信息后,48小时内提供详细的解决方案。

After customer service confirms the information, a detailed solution will be provided within 48 hours.

四、用户质保说明

User Warranty Statement

正常使用的情况下,自然开裂、断裂和人为破坏或不正当使用造成产品的损伤,5年内可享有偿维修或有偿更换产品。

Under normal use, if the product is damaged due to natural cracking, breakage, human destruction, or improper use, it can be repaired or replaced with compensation within 5 years.

五、质保范围

Warranty Scope

1.对象:使用和即将使用我司产品的用户;

Target audience: Users who are using or about to use our products;

2.从购买日起算五年内,非人为破坏,正常使用情况下产品出现问题;

Within five years from the date of purchase, if there is no non-human damage, the product may encounter problems under normal use;

3.用户没有对产品自行拆装或修理;

The user did not disassemble or repair the product themselves;

4.产品安装的原始地理位置和原始支撑体系没有改动和变动;

The original geographical location and support system of the product installation have not been altered or changed;

5.填写完整的官方用户质保卡,上传安装照片;

Fill in the complete official user warranty card and upload installation photos;

6.上传购买凭证(发票、收据或合同任选一);

Upload purchase voucher (invoice, receipt or contract, choose one);

7.购买日起30天内填写完整用户质保信息有效。

Fill in the complete user warranty information within 30 days from the date of purchase, which is valid.

六、用户质保卡(用户填写,*号为必填)
